Hi, I’ve recently got developer mode for Xbox one, I’ve tried to connect by browser and used The proved links below and entered them on my browser, neither of the links worked and send me to page does not exist, I am connected to the same network on pc and Xbox and also using windows 10 and Microsoft edge, the Device Portal won’t load up. I have been using Edge for a while but now it simply does not open. When I try to activate it, it seems to open with a blank page then closes. There are no error reports posted and I am returned to my Home screen. I don't seem able to delete it either so that I an re-install.

To delete cache as suggested, press the Xbox console power button for 10 seconds till fully shut down, unplug for 60 seconds (from wall socket and Xbox if it is an original One with power brick) plug back in and turn back on. Also have a check in 'my games & apps' to see if there is an update waiting.

are you perhaps in the insider program that it could be a bug that has occurred through the program? if so, it would be great if you report the bug through the insider app.

if the power cycle doesn't work, you could try a soft reset. You can find instructions here, but read them first before you start.

I don't seem able to delete anything associated with Edge. If I go to 'Manage App' I do not have anything in 'Saved Data'. There is no option to delete the App so that I could perhaps re-install.
Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. I have found that leaving it unplugged is significantly more effective than leaving it for just a few seconds.
